Using this site
This support portal is provided for players of Moon SMP. You must be a member of the Moon SMP Discord to open a ticket. Access can be withdrawn at any time, for any reason, by the staff team.
How to behave
Tickets are read by real people. Abuse, threats, spam, duplicate tickets and knowingly false reports may result in punishment on the Minecraft server and in the Discord. Impersonating another player or a staff member is not allowed.
Appeals and reports
Opening an appeal does not guarantee a punishment will be lifted, and opening a report does not guarantee action will be taken. Staff decisions are final. We will not share the outcome of a report about another player with you.
Content you submit
Don't upload anything illegal, or anything you don't have the right to share. Attachments may be removed without notice. We may quote what you send here when discussing your ticket internally.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. Response times are a target, not a promise, and support is offered at the staff team's discretion.
Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use the portal after a change means you accept the updated version.
